Yes. Each Ohio county Auditor keeps the owner's name and the address the tax bill goes to, and Ohio's public records law (Ohio Revised Code 149.43) opens those records to anyone. These lists come from the Mahoning County Auditor's records.
How do I find absentee property owners?
Look for homes whose tax bill goes to a different address than the home. There are 12,530 of them in Mahoning County today. The Absentee owners list has every one, with the address where the owner gets mail.
How current is the data?
The Mahoning County Auditor's records as of October 23, 2026. we check for a new one every Saturday night. Every file shows its date.
