Paper Trail Ohio shows public records from the Belmont County Recorder and Auditor. You can ask us to leave you out. It's free and you don't need an account.

What do you want? Leave me off mailing lists We stop including your name and address in any list we sell. The public record still shows on the site. Hide my name on this site We replace your name with "Name withheld" on property pages and documents, and leave you off every list. Remove my home for my safety For police, judges, prosecutors, victims of abuse or stalking, and anyone at risk. We hide your name and home within 72 hours, on your word. You don't have to prove anything.

We use this only to process your request. We never sell it or show it on the site.

This removes you from Paper Trail Ohio only. The county's own records stay public by law (Ohio Revised Code 149.43). If you are a designated public service worker, you can also ask the Belmont County Auditor to replace your name with initials on the county's records (Ohio Revised Code 319.28).
