Wrong, empty or not what you ordered? Tell us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it in full (Terms, section 5).
Paperwork for your business
Every order and pass is paid in full at checkout, and Stripe emails a paid invoice with it. If checkout shows a box for your business name and tax ID, fill it in and they print on the invoice. A PO number goes on your order record and the email with your files, and on the invoice too when you enter it before you go to checkout. We don't offer invoices to pay later or net terms.
Need a W-9? Email [email protected] with the subject "W-9 request" and we'll send our signed form, usually the same business day.
