Questions

Where do the records come from?

Each county's Auditor, Recorder and GIS office, plus the state and federal hazard maps. Every record shows the date it is current to.

Is this a title search?

No. It is the public index and the recorded documents, organized so you can read them fast. A title opinion comes from an attorney or a title company.

What counts as one of the free records?

Opening a full property (its lien report comes with it) or comparable sales. Searching, the map and reading the results list never count.

How do I cancel?

From your account page, any time. Pro and Team keep working to the end of what you paid for. The Week Pass never renews.

No card needed. If you need every record this week, the Week Pass is $5 and never renews.
